Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) The misselling of Payment Protection Insurance is widespread, and believed to run into billions of pounds. This forum will help you to see if you have a valid claim for a refund, and guide you through the process.

Default Mortgage protection

My wife and I took out mortgage protection some 3 years ago my circumstances are that both my wife and I are in employment but I also recieve a pension. At the time of signing we specifically asked that if I was to lose my job and even though I recieve a pension would we be covered, we were told yes. However after reading some horror stories I sent a letter of to the insurers asking the question, what would happen if I lost my job, the answer was, well tell you when and if that happens, is there any way of getting them to give me a difinative answer?
Where else would you pay for a product without knowing if you would actually recieve the product. The mortgage protection is only in my name.
