HiMark, I hope it all goes well, but be very careful what they offer you. From my experience with the local manager he says 1 thing but when I tried to tie him down and put it in writing it never materialised.
Remember that you hold a ll the cards and call ALL of the shots.
do not enter into anynegotiations. go in with a figure in mind and keep mentioning the legal arguement to show you will tke itfurther.
I got another letter from th regional manager today saying , so sorry your still not happy but bogg off. The fact that you have a wrongly and incomplete PPI section in the agreement means bog all to us......oh you think so.
LBA alredy run out so next week a PPI claim N! is being posted, quickly followed by an N1 for the charges on my accounts.
How do they like that!!!
