 PPI on non regulated (cca) mortgage agreements
Hi all,
I am currently persuing mis-selling ppi on a non regulated agreement, a mortgage agreement from 2002, as its not regulated, i need guidance on which act and/or does the misselling breach, i am researching this so as to b ready and armed to go to court action if ge dont respond to final request and warning of crt action.
knowing the act etc will help me to research for my poc.
i dont know if misrepresentation act can b used ? as no ppi selected on agreement, but slyly signed for on seperate document, and wasnt eligable for cover!
