| | Gold Account Customer | GE Money PPI POC Andy,
Point taken, however there is a considerable amount of account specific Information contained with in the POC which if removed would not give the full picture of my claim.
I'm not disputing the worth of posting a draft document in such a forum for discussion, however I do not want to give GE Money advance warning of our court claim.
GE Money have told me that they monitor this website as well as MSE so as you can appreciate I have to be rather careful what i release in to the public domain. |

Interesting to know that GE read these threads!!
We have claimed back 2k in unlawful charges and received an offer of half within three days of issuing the claim in court. Not enough though - am holding out for the full amount |

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: GE Money PPI POC HI, I am new to this site and you sound like you know what you are doing. For my sins I have had many store cards with Ge bank over the years, 2 still in use. I wrote to Ge Bank to complain, they cancelled my PPI but they denied mis-selling. I sent a second letter and they advised i complain to the FOS who wrote to me to advise they cannot help. i am angry with GE bank as I feel they led me a merry dance, any help will be very grateful.
