| | Classic Account Customer | Re: G E money reply HI Guys,
What ge money have said is that my account was set up in 2001after a phone conversation with their telemarketing dept (dont recall that) and i had agreed to the cover.
Following that, the letter seems to follow the standard response paragraphs i have seen on here,eg 30 days to cancel and upgraded in 2004 sent new policy docs etc (new one on me) we can find no evidence of mis-selling so no refund.
Any ideas on how to reply to this guys ?
many thanks |

many thanks | Hello Shammy,
Did you send them a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request), is yes, write back and tell them that they have breached the Data protection Act by not sending you this information and you required a copy immediately.
If you have not sent a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) do so |

Latest update on my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) . Had a reply from tesco cc saying they were sorry that i had a complaint as they vaue all their customers saying that they will look into my case asap.
What worries me about this, is that there was no mention of supplying me the info i requested under my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request),just that they would look into my case.
Is this just another tactic to slow things down ? |

They have 40 days to comply with your S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) request. Afte that, if you've received nothing, send them this......... Data Protection Act - Non-Compliance - Template Letters
