Default Compiling Evidence against Finance companies

Apologies if this is in the wrong place - could one of the Mods move it to a more suitable forum if necessary.

I'm thnking that (in my case vs Welcome particularly, for the moment)
witness statements from a variety of victims^wcustomers stating they were
forced to take PPI as a condition of application acceptance would go a long way to helping reclaim PPI fees.

To this end, I am willing to offer a witness statement regarding PPI mis-selling to any one who is contemplating taking Welcome to the cleaners.

Hello Bigegg,

If you have a look at itsme's thread, she has just successfully won in court with welcome

Itsme VS Welcome Finance

There may be similarities in the cases

i raised this issue a few weeks ago

checkout my thread, not sure how to link but just search my user name.

i'm at court with welcome very shortly and some of their "evidence" is debatable to put it politely.

i think it would be a good idea to create a declaration database with everyones witness statements but it may not sway cases in court.

as time goes on though and more PPI cases quoting
mis-representation/mis-selling are dealt with, could we not approach FOS / FLA with an freedom of information request thing to get details of how many complaints they've investigated for each finance co and how many were upheld and on what basis. this may prove more helpful for the cases which have to go to court as it would be from a recognised organisation.
