When you request a CCA from original creditor what should you receive?
I was on the understanding that I should get an up to date account summary,a copy of the CCA,plus if card protection is on the CCA I should get a copy of the document. Correct me if I am wrong.
Anyone? |
Hello Shirei,
If you send your creditor a section 77/78 request under the CCA, and pay the £1 fee, they must supply you withing 12 working days (breach) and within 1 calander month (criminal default) plus postage time.
Your Credit agreement this should included the terms and conditions
A account statement
That is all they have to send you to comply with this request.
If you want all of the information that they hold on you, send a full S.A.R - (Subject Access Request), but I bet you don't get the policy document
