Default 2nd letter help please

After succesfully claiming back PPI from Egg after one letter i have decided to tackle hubbys sent first letter to Sainsburys {Royal bank Scotland] But got the usual fob off you signed the form, and had a 30day cooling off period, my claim is it was a single policy all insurance added on, and he has in the past had time off work with a back problem, so couldnt have claimed, can anyone point me in the direction of what to wite or template letter to take this further.thanks

There are a few letters kicking about the site. Maybe start the letter by thanking them for your letter dated blah blah, I am extremely disappointed that you failed to refund me my mis-sold ppi.

Go on with the main contents of the reasons that you consider it mis-sold etc

Finish off by giving them another 14days reflection and then you will initiate legal proceedings or contact the fos, to recover the mis-sold ppi.
