Reclaiming mis-sold PPI

My question is all in regard to the following thread;

We initially took out the loan for our windows with First National - within weeks this had been transferred to GE Money Lending. We want to reclaim the PPI which was sold to us with the belief that we couldn't get the finance otherwise. It was a one off payment and upon checking the TOC's of the original contract have since found that the PPI would only cover us for 5 years and the loan was for 7.My question is now this; who do I send the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) too - FN or GE? Any help would be most appreciated.

If GE Money are now the creditor then they should have all the info - if they don't then do one on both. At the end of the day you can reclaim the costs of the DSAR's when you agree a settlement.
