Default got a letter this morning

Hi all sent Lloyds a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) 17 weeks ago got nothing, so sent a letter to them asking for all my payments back 8 weeks ago got nothing back, so yesterday sent my complaint form off to the FOS, today letter arrives from Lloyds TSB insurance sorry we are not paying you back etc because our insurance covers the self employed, still no SAR though plus they said regarding the loan you took out with us in Feb 2007, when the loan was taken out in Jan 2002 and finished in feb 2007 What do you all think are they just fobbing me off, i am going to send a copy of the letter to the FOS and tell them i still have not recieved my SAR.

Hi,

You can make a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.

Just to check that with the Subject Access request you sent £10???

If so, check that the cheque has been cashed.

Will wait for you to post back, but there are options for Subject Access Requests and making sure that you get compliance.

Hello,

Did you sent the request recorded delivery so you know that they received it. They know if you sent it normal post and can state that they did not receive it. They did not cash the cheque as they would have entered into a statutory contract with you. Stalling tactics:o

Check out the above and then either sent them a request recorded delivery, If you did send it recorded delivery, then sent them a non-compliance letter (bank template letters, on the main page)

Don't allow them to control this.
