Thats interesting Hell as I thought I had no chance of reclaiming my PPI payments from Crap 1, because I had ticked the box on my APPLICATION FORM, which as you know is in real dispute.
It now appears that I have been mis-sold the Insurance, as when I ticked the box it was never explained to me what the policy meant or what was entailed. i,e, that I would not be able to claim for unemployment reasons or age or anything that would exclude me from claiming.
So in effect they mis-sold me the PPI simply because it was never explained to me what it meant.
Is that how you see it? If so that means I can claim all PPI from Crap 1 since I got the card. So far I have only complained to the FOS about their harassment of me and the PPI got left on the shelf somewhere. So maybe if I put in a claim for the remainder of the PPI it would get things moving from a court point of view. I am a bit confused now but if I put in a claim for all the PPI payments perhaps it will speed up the dispute over no properly executed CCA.
