A CCA request would be no good as the account has been paid off - you need to do a Data Protection Act Request (Bank Template Library), ask for full disclosure of all documents and information they hold under your name.

You will need to let them have details of your old address(s), and send a £10 fee - which you add on to the amount they have to refund. Why do believe that it was missold?

Basically, the original did not have ppi on it, when i borrowed more from them they made me have ppi for the whole amount i'd borrwed from the beggining of the loan not the extra bit i borrowed and was specifically told when i wanted to borrow some more that i couldn;t have it unless i had ppi, medi care and all the other guff that comes with it!!

Had you got alternative cover, or is there any reason why the PPI would not have paid out?
