Hi,
A PPI Court Bundle would depend on what grounds you are claiming under. For example, if you are stating a pre existing condition was not covered, then gain a copy of your medical records so you can prove this.
If you are claiming that PPI was mis sold as you were told it was part of the loan, you can use the information below to help work out what is useful and their are good links.
Have a look at ‘
PPI – the rules’and if applicable '
PPI – rules before 2005' for more detail on what they should have done.
The way it works in the Civil Courts is it is on the balance of probabilities is all that you are required to show. So, if the only reason you took the PPI for example, was to obtain the loan then if there is not statement of needs or questions asked at the time, then by pure ommission of such paperwork to back up it was correctly sold, you have identified it was not.
Post back if you are unsure or would like further links to information.
