advise on claiming

would anyone know can you claim back ppi back if you claimed on it as when i took it out i did not know they would only pay you for 12mts if you lost your job

I am not too sure on this one if I am honest, I think that becaused you used it, they will really argue with you on this one, but then again if you had not been told all of the facts, then have a go.

Did you receive the terms and conditions or even a policy document???

thanks nothing to loose i will let you know how i get on yes they paid after a long fight but as i said it lasted for 12mts
