PPI:The Funding Corporation

I Have begun my struggle to claim back almost 4000 pounds worth of ppi payments including interest from The Funding Corporation, i did have a go at it about 6 months ago but lack of time and family /work commitments meant i just did'nt have the time to commit to it but the thought of that money going to those rude obnoxious people at tfc makes me angry so this time i am going to follow it through to the bitter end.
I'll keep posting updates as i go along.

i had to send my car back due to personal circumstances meaning i couldn't afford it. 1st i've heard from the funding corp was a call from their solicitors telling me i owed them over £10,000. a couple of months before i sent the car back i was given a settlement fee of £4,000, how the heck can they come up with this sort of fee and wot do i do about it? Any ideas?!!
