Default Congestion charge

Last year I payed 2 bailiffs for CC tickets. Don't know what they were originally. Would I have any luck in attempting to claim back the excessive charges from the bailiffs

Asking for what information?
What would be the point of such a request?
What information should the OP be looking out for?
