template letter to fight fine!

Does anyone have a template letter i can send to fight my parking fine which has increased to £135!!! I did not think they are allowed to fine me as they didnt put anythin on my car to say i had been fined just sent me a letter!!

What do i do? please help!

Does the letter state "Fine"?

if you never received the letter or pcn , its possible you can go to court and make a statuatory declaration before a magistrate and explain you never recieved any pcn or otherpaperwork and i believe it oges back to the initial penalty charge.

This is private parking control.

Personally I would ignore it until something solid came like a claim from the County Court.

It only needs one case to fall and their little scam id a dead duck.
