Hmm. Damage by a contractor engaged by a property management company

I am still trying to resolve an issue as posted here unfortunately, one of the witnesses is now unavailable to corroborate the actions, but they have gone on record before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Given the length of time I would be hauling both the firm and the management agent in to court and claiming damages for your vehicle. I'd give them a 14 day letter before action and then file at court. It's nearly 3 years and the matter isn't resolved.

It sounds as if you complied with the t&cs and they made a mistake. Regardless of whether it was the fault of the Management company or or their employee the management company bears the ultimate responsability for the damage caused.

If you sue both you they can't wriggle out of it on the grounds of it was the other parties fault.

The car removal firm was the contractor for the property management company.

Any next step for the court route and estimated costs?

If you have legal costs on your car insurance get the insurance company involved without delay. Otherwise get it into the small claims court.
