Default been caught by warrickshire police speeding with a mobile gun at 10.30 at night??????
1st question is i never knew that a mobile gun could be used from inside the car out of the window of a undercover police car, and 2 i think i wasnt speeding but cant be sure it was a 30 on the duel carrageway i was aparently doing 42????? can somone help me please as im so unsure on the law and a seriously think i wasnt speeding. the next time the guns being caliberated is october i thought they had to be done everyday cheers.

and they wrote on my ticket its a van when its an estate car???????is this a tecnicality?

Have a look on this forum PePiPoo: Helping the motorist to get justice DO NOT FILL OUT NIP from police use the NIP wizzard. Signing the NIP from the police admits guilt. Hope this helps
