Welcome to the forums.
You will need to file a statuatory out-of-time declaration at a county court, which covers late service or no service. If that is accepted then that should return the debt to the notice to owner stage and give you option of paying at the discounted rate. |

Sorry if thats a stupid question, this is all very new to me! | Don't worry.
You can find a bit more information on the whole process at the NPAS website. Click here.
Here's a link to a copy of the form you need to fill out which is a PE2.
Take it down to your local county court to get it witnessed. It won't cost you anything if you do it there then send to the address specified in the notes. |
