Hi, To you all and thanks for this great forum. I have recently received a pcn from Civil enforcement for an overstay at the Century retail park in Watford. I am intending to send the "take it up with the driver letter" and see what happens next. Having read many of the threads on the forum it looks as if I will now be engaged with a lot of bullying correspondence from CEL.

I have also been tempted to send the data protection template letters to the DVLC and information commissioner, have you had any responses to these letters?
