I have merged your original thread in welcome with this one.
As Demon says you will find all the info here.
Just ignore the demands.(I mean you are not legally obliged to pay it )
Its possible they will apply to the DVLC for your contact details but this is something they sometimes do.
Get the letter out to them if it makes you feel better,but insofar as legal action or forced collection go then theres nothing they can do to make you pay this.

You can either ignore them until they come up with some justification for this penalty (ha, and we all know where that'll get 'em), or send them the letter stating that they need to take up the matter with the driver. |
