Wrong details on PCN

HI I am brand new so please excuse me if I dont do this right.
I was just given a PCN for parking on in no loading area. The registration on my ticket is correct, but the make and colour of my car are wrong.
Can they enforce this?

Yes the make and colour are not legally required on the PCN. If they are completly different you may be able to get off on appeal an orange mini if its a black range rover would probably get off where as a silver bentley instead of a grey rolls would probably not.

Thanks. It said a cream Toyota rather than a silver Ford. What do you think?

Sounds like PA should have gone to specsavers

was it a Council PCN or private co.

Islington (we will no longer issue spurious tickets ) Council. He took photos while I was in the car about to leave, the git.
