What do you mean STRIKE A LINE THRU THE VRM?
Havnt got a scanner to show you the ticket... but this is the exact wording from top to bottom... Quote:

Dear Council
I was parked in Redhill on 27 of October in a vehicle which I do not want to tell you the VRM of but just in case I was parked in contravention can you send me any photos you took of my car.
You are totally missing the point the Council cannot pursue this ticket since it has not been issued to a vehicle owned by the OP. Why even waste a stamp writing to the council, in doing so admit you were there and in addition alert them to their error? They have no way of contacting the OP unless they realise the error and fabricate evidence based on a photo of the VRM in which case you can produce the PCN but until then just sit tight. |
