Question Argos - Ltd or Plc??
Hello

Was wondering if someone could advise me......sent small claims to court against Argos..appl. came back court want to know if Argos is a Ltd or Plc company?.....rang argos..lady on phone said they were neither...known as Argos Retail...has anyone else had this problem..or what should I put on claim form..
Address I did put on was Argos Card Services Royal Aven. Widness WA88 1AL.

Argos is a Ltd
Home Retail Group (the company that 'owns' Argos) is a Plc.

It used to be ARG (Argos Retail) however this changed when argos and experian demerged from GUS.
There are a few companys that use the name Argos btw.

Argos Ltd. (The stores)
Home Retail Group Personal Finance Limited. (Argos Mastercard, loans)
Home Retail Group Card Services Ltd, (Argos Cards)

Hi, I have read on someones previous thread it's Argos Card Services Limited. I am at the court stage for Argos too so any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated. It's my first claim. Many Thanks Kelly
