hi all

my plasma tv ,which i paid £1699 in feb 05,has become faulty the dredded black lines down the screen(3 in total) the warranty has run out,i spoke to one lady at empire who was queit rude,she basicly said nothin they can do,do then i said can i talk to the manage,she replied "i am" so i asked her for her name etc,and she put the fone down.....

so 4 fone calls later i managed to speak to another person,wo apparently did not know anything about it,or the woman, he gave me 2 options either wait til manager comes in sunday or fone bradford branch which i did,now they told me to fone the manufactures, so i did and now they are tellin me ,theres nothin i can do...?

can anyone help
