Surley though the doctors have a professional duty for the patience well being before profiteering.
What would happen if a consultant or docter gave the wrong advice or worse still prescription because they were unable to make a professional judgement based on the medical history because a doctor was withholding medical notes.
Someone in my opinon would be negligent of professional mis-conduct surely, and I know who I would be blaming the man trying to profit.
