hi I'M having no luck with getting any information from these people.I sent the first letter on 26th october,they sent back fee stating they no longer have this information. This account account was paid in full in 2003.I then sent lba in dec.
They responded saying they no longer hold this information,
Sent another letter on 14th jan asking them to provide this information.(IF THEY HAVE BEEN DESTROYED)

1.WHO AUTHORISED THIS.
2.WHEN.
3.WHERE
4.HOW

Also a copy of the destruction certificate.

I have had no reply, what do i do now?
