Same Address (the Dept 333 one) as above - two new contacts Matt Daniel(s?) and Andrew Dobson - their Fax. no. is 01273 624026 and they will correspond by fax.
If you have a letter from this office then your file will only be dealt with by the individual who signed your letter - others will talk things through but will not give definitive opinions.
Have to say that, in comparison to dealing with MBNA, Cap 1, Barclaycard and the rest, this lot are a breath of fresh air!

Have to echo tawnyowl's comment above - I sent an Subject Access Request to Amex at the above address marked for attention of Data Protection Officer on 30th Jan and got a huge pile of statements by recorded delivery this morning. Will be sending them a letter with list of charges tomorrow.
