Default Norwich and peterborough
Well people i have persued the norwich and peterborough building socaity to the point where i am about to file with the cort i receved a call today from the head of banking services who has offerd me %50 of my clame including interest and the recomendation that i close my account as "the account dosnt appear to be sutable if you cannot accept the charges" so whats the next step i am thinking i am correct in saying go to cort but please let me know if you think there is a nother corse of action that should be taken.

YES if your 14 days are up from the day you issued your letter before action it is time to file a small claim, if you speak to the manger again ensure he puts his offer in writing to you, as you should really accept it as PARTIAL SETTLEMENT of your claim, a letter for which is in the templates section on this site.
