Default MoneyClaim - use companies registerred address and not correspondence address???

Haven`t found a guide to completing Money Claim online, think I remember someone mentioning that you use the companies registerred address and not the one I am currently corresponding to.

Either will do, it can be useful to use the registered office if say the correspondence address is in Scotland and you are a claimant in England.

Another question, should the credit card number be included in any claim? Or will that information follow at the Allocation Questionaire stage?

And should the £10 for the Subject Access Request be mentioned?
