Question Has Anyone Had They're Loan Written Off....

Just a quick thought and as I cant see it posted anywhere else.

I've posted this question on another thread Loan Company Cannot Supply The Original Agreement with no replys so I think its best starting a new one so here goes....

How many of our fellow members has actually had they're loan written off when a loan company cannot find the original signed agreement????

The reason I ask is that im about to send off my Consumer Credit Act Letter requesting for a signed agreement on my loan......

Sorry to the board if this has been asked before......

Thanks

RBS wrote off my credit card in early 2007 as there was no CCA. Their response said that the debt had been "discharged".

HSBC have acknowledged that they have no agreement for my credit card so I stopped paying but I still get occasional letters from DCAs which I ignore.

Its well worth the effort.
