Default First National Furniture

Has anyone had dealings with First National over a furniture HP agreement. I bought a sofa with my ex in 2003 and we split up 3 months later. He took the sofa and promised to pay them monthly but the agreement was in my name, obviously he was less bothered about my credit rating than I do so he's missed loads of payments since the agreement started and incurred a 20 charge each time, obviously he's going to have to pay these as well as I'm not going to cover them but I assume if I were to claim then it would be the same route as bank charges - Data Protection Act request etc.

Yes.

I would also get the agreement transferred to him asap.

I have tried to do this but have been told by First National that it's not possible as I signed the contract.
