Cool Received first Reply today from MINT...advice needed please?

Received first reply from MINT requesting £10.00. I am aware should have sent this to begin with but didn't realise until after letter had gone.

MINT have also replied with the following and this bit i need some help with:

' With reference to your second paragraph, please explain your interpretation of the term 'manual intervention' and advise your exact requirements in this respect'.

How should I reply to this?

many thanks

Default just one more question re: MINT?

Also in the letter they say they will release statements once £10 has cleared. I am presuming I can start the 40 days from date they receive £10 and not when cheque actually clears. Should I state this in my reply also.

Thanks

Bonniebergin
