Help pls with Provident Personal Credit

Hello

If there is anyone who can help me i would be eternally grateful. I am being hounded by these parasites at the minute so i sent a letter requesting a copy of the credit agreement and the £1 postal order. They sent me back a copy of the cc agreement but no statement of payment and no payment book (my agent has this). Also i think the interest rate is wrong.

They have calculated it at : Duration of Agreement 56 weeks
APR :183.2%
Total Charge for Credit £340
Rate of Interest 183.2% pa

Can anyone with a better maths mind than me tell me if this is correct. If not where do i stand and is there a letter i can fire off to request the rest of the outstanding documentation.

Any help really appreciated.
