hi, i sent letter requesting refund of £220 charges & £10 for data protection charge. they have today offerred £96 the difference between the charge and the £12 oft recommendation, but are not refunding the £10. should i accept this?

Well it's up to you I guess - my bank did the same but I held out till moneyclaim stage and got it all back in the end...
