Requested a statement of all payments to this company with regards to a hire purchase agreement. I found out I have paid over £700 in penalty fees. Asked for money back as per forum procedure. They acknowledged just over £500 of it and said as they have made contact with me in letters and phone calls on 110 occasions working out at £4 quid a pop, it is fair and hence wont pay. They enclosed a copy of their T&Cs. can some have a look at this for me before I go ahead? I have it in PDF format. HELP! peeps!

Hello again folks. It feels quite lonely here. I am sending an LBA to this company as they have refused to pay. As they appear to be tight i am preparing for court. has anyone dealt with them lately? Any advice would appreciated.

I have a long running dispute with these - wont go in to detail on your thread but they are the worst company that I have ever come across.
