Unhappy guugi v NHS
Hi All

How exiciting to have stumbled across this site. i have filled in my N1 form and I am actually going to court tommorow to file aclaim to buy me extra 4 months on behalf of my late dad v NHS full of neglect.
Has any one done this for any of their lost family member/s? PLEASE REPLY HELP!!!

Well done.I personally cannot recall seeing a claim against the NHS but thats not to say theres been none reported on here.
Good luck-keep us posted I will move and re-title your thread.
Its a shame that those trusted to look after our well being and that of our family,should find themselves the subject of court action,but you have good reasons and if it prevents negligence in the future and lessons are learned,then it will be worthwhile in addition for the justice you seek on a personal level.

I really sincerely hope it goes well....

My mum launched a gross medical negligence claim against her GP after she was wrongly continually misdiagnosed and ended up paralysed... but due to the old boys network, she lost.

I really hope you win and give them one in the eye!!!
