Default Worried in Wales! ** WON **

After following the site thru to awaiting a court date I am now worried. We recieved an offer from Cobbetts in early December of approx 60% of our claim (which incidentally is just over £5k) which we rejected using the template letter. A week or so later we recived a second letter offering about 75% of the value of our claim. We rejected this but have not hear anything since. Did we do something wrong??? Please help!!

Just a couple of quick questions.

1. Have you followed a time scale i.e. Data Protection Act/S.A.R - (Subject Access Request); initial letter;letter before action then Court Action and if so when was the latter completed?
2. Do you have an original thread running regarding this issue or is this your first post etc?
3. Is your Court Action submitted via MCOL, N1 or fast track?

1. This is my first post
2. Completed all templates using the recommended timescales. Deadline was during November will need to look up exact dates.
3. Used MCOL and Cobbetts entered a defence. I rejected the CPR18 request and the claim was recently transferred to Cardiff. We are still awaiting a date
