| | Basic Account Customer | Account transfered to credit agency... probably a bit late as I have allready sent my Data Protection Act to NatWest but that accoount has been taken over by a credit company, does this affect my claim at all, I am currently in agreement to pay off £1 a month to this agency, but my original bank account only went into trouble because of charges, any help appreciated please, thanks

Lindy xx | No this doesn't affect your claim at all. Just follow the procedure and read around as a few people have had this situation, myself included. |

| Re: Account transfered to credit agency... I had to phone the Nat west and ask them to send my statements and they agreed.
I did send an Subject Access Request in August but I can't find the post office reciept so this is a warning to you all, don't lose your receipts, I am probably trying to do too many cases at once as I am also helping my son with a claim.
but I am still on the case and loving every minute....lol
