Hi guys
are there any fellow Nat West haters in Cardiff on 14 Aug for "directions".
Has anyone had any settlements yet?
(I know there are loads of Barclays cos I have been reading their posts)
Any idea what I need to put in the reps. I go on holiday on Sat and need to make I have all my bases covered!

Hi Hedgy,
I have been using the "reclaim unfair charges" site and a thread directed me to this site.
The sitting on the 14th is for "directions". There appear to be hundreds going from what I can gather on your Barclays forum all at 10.30!!!!
I gather I dont have to do the full Bundle - though I have been advised that I should be well prepared just in case! (though I cant see me getting to the judge if everyone turns up). By reps I mean if I dont do the bundle what do I need to take before the judge?

Ah......... gotcha!

Have a look through here for how to prepare for a directions hearing GOT A COURT DATE? A guide to the later stages it should explain everything you need to know. And no - you definitely won't have to do a full bundle for a directions hearing!

Think I'll nip over to the Barclays forum and have a look what's going on!
