Claim question

Hi, im in the process of making a claim through the moneyclaim website and something id like clarified if possible..

I have contacted nationwide about two accounts i have with them each have had charges against them.
Account 1 is in my name only
Account 2 is in mine and my partners name

What id like to know is, can i make a single claim for the two accounts or am i going to have to complete seperate claims for each account.

Me too, our circumstances are identical - one seperate account and one joint - in the particluars of cliam do you just change the claim to plural for both accounts? and include one figure you are claiming?

Make a single claim for them both - I claimed in my name only for the joint account that we had and never had a problem. Just make sure you ammend the particulars of claim accordingly.

Yes, I believe that, as long as you are a signatory to both accounts, then you can claim as a single claimant to both. I think the person who is signatory to only the joint account can only claim on that account, unless you go through some other rigmarole to hand over control to them.
