Can I removing a charging order?

Hi, everybody. I don't know if this is possible but I have a charging order attached to my property. It happened some years ago when I was made redundant and struggled to get a job. My unsecured loan through EGG was charged to my share of the house. This seemed to happen so fast, as soon as I couldn't keep up the payments they were on my case straight away and took me to court. The amount secured to my house is around £25000. I was just wondering if the judge would have needed to see a signed credit agreement. What if they don't have a signed agreement, would they have secured a debt that was unenforceable and could I get the Charging order removed? Is it worth asking for the original signed agreement or is it all to late? I've had the charging order for around 3 years now if not more.

djchristoff, Firstly maybe this post should go onto legal issues/ debt collectors ? somebody like pt2357/ 42man would be able to help.Did the claimant get a CCJ (by default meaning you did not challenge claim) and then they proceeded with charge,also do you have other debtors and whats the arrangment with them. A little bit of history will help all on here to help you, so get cracking on a few more facts.
