Re: Nationwide have wrong address for mortgage! I wouldn't worry about it until you've spoke with them, the likelyhood of you owning another property to the one you bought is not impossible but very highly seriously unlikely.
The landregistry is a place to check if you are concerned though and want to put your mind at ease, you can do it online for £3 I think.
Also think of it this way, you bought the house from Mr & Mrs Jones, 4 years ago, Nationwide would of sent the money to your solicitor, contracts would be signed and exchanged then your solicitor would of sent the mortgage to Mr & Mrs Jones. If the money wasn't sent or the contracts was wrong, you'd of known about it well before now, and most likely wouldn't of even had an exchange of contracts.
I know its easy for me to say, as im not in your position but don't worry about it until you've either spoke with Nationwide tomrorow or checked the land register yourself tonight to see who owns the property at your address.
