Default Eversheds, C&G now Lloyds TSB
im a little confused with this whole mortgage issue (doesnt take alot i know)
my ex husband dealt with mortgage related "things"
we took our mortgage over 16yr so that it would be finished by the time our eldest was of school leaving age.
we have 3 yrs left on it, but it was taken out with Eversheds, then somehow the paper work relating received came from C&G, when he stopped paying his half the arrears letters came from Lloyds TSB
now can you see why im more confused than normal
who is our actual mortgage with??

Not much help but I thought Eversheds were solicitors.

C&G are part of Lloyds I do know.

Eversheds were the solicitors who got the possession against me---in my case they were acting on behalf of Birmingham midshires
