my husband had lost his job and we went into arrears with our mortgage, today we have recived our yearly statement expected payment for the year was £10,871.88 payment recived was £11,950.00. fees, charges advances and interest was £11,046.07. is there any way that we can claim back any of the £11,950.00 back??? we have sold the house 3wks ago and renting it back due to the fact that we couldnt afford to pay £917.68 a month to gmac

If the difference detween expected, and received, was £ 1,078.12p.

I suspect this is what you can claim back.
