NR not sticking to a court order

I have a SPO against me by NR. I have been making the payments as detailed by the judge in the order. However, I have just found out that NR are not paying all the money into my mortgage account but are taking some of the payments and paying it against an unsecured loan. Are NR in contempt of the court order? How do I get them to stop what they are doing?

Any help would be appreciated.
