still no list of charges

sent first letter to ge money for list of charges got no reply in the 40 days.sent second letter saying they were in breach of the Data Protection Act and had 14 days to reply.got letter today with all there crap about what it covers also about redemption fee if you settle your account early its to recover there set up fees?how can this be when they charged me a set up fee when i took the mortgage out.im going to write and tell them this,what do i do about the list of charges they havent sent thanks.

You issue a claim against them under section 7 and section 15 (2) of the Data Protection Act for non-compliance.
