Default MrPromiscous V Woolwich... Starting Tips Please !

Hi guys I've been using this site for around 3 months now reclaiming bank charges for myself and my partners account with success so far then I stumbled across the ERC thing.... hummmmmm more money lol
We setteled our mortgage last year when moving and had to pay a 2.5K ERC due to the fact we were tied in for the first 5 years of the mortgage and only 3 had ellapsed. So am I entittled to claim this back ???
All views very much appriciated, the advice given in the bank charges forums has been unbelievable and instrumental in achieving my successes.
