Thumbs up Lucycat vs. Halifax - Part Three: 'The Step-dad's ERC'

Afternoon all!

Well, my step-dad has had an incredibly speedy response to his statement request (made me wonder if speed of response is in any way related to size of positive balance!) & so the prelim for attempting to reclaim his ERC of £446.32 went off yesterday - with many thanks to Zoot for the awe-inspiring wording!

Wish me luck, and I'll keep you posted.

Well, the speed of the initial response was obviously an efficiency-hiccup as we've not heard a peep since!

LBA went out on the 18th Oct, so it's looking like a repeat visit to MCOL is just around the corner...
